The Bible seems to give only one day of the entire year as a fast day in which true Christians are to honor christ and God by fasting completely for the day or consuming only bread and water.

On that day.

July 10th.

From 12 midnight til twelve midnight the next day.

July 11th.

Only one mandatory fast day.

The Bible commands eating only unleavened bread for seven days during the Feast of Unleavened Bread.
