Christian food rituals. A brief summary

Does

Leviticus 23:26–32

Or matthew 5:17_20
Contradict 1st timothy 1:9-10.?

The plainly  wonderous Christian Bible seems to give only one day of the entire year as a fast day in which true Christians are to honor christ and God by fasting completely for the day or consuming only bread and water.
On that day.

July 10th.
From 12 midnight til twelve midnight the next day.
July 11th.

Only one mandatory fast day.

That's not too bad.
NKJV

The Day of Atonement

26 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying:

27 r“Also the tenth day of this seventh month shall be the Day of Atonement.

It shall be a holy convocation for you; you shall afflict your souls, and offer an offering made by fire to the Lord.

28 And you shall do no work on that same day, for it is the Day of Atonement, sto make atonement for you before the Lord your God.

29 For any person who is not tafflicted in soul on that same day ushall be cut off from his people.

30 And any person who does any work on that same day, vthat person I will destroy from among his people.

31 You shall do no manner of work; it shall be a statute forever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.

32 It shall be to you a sabbath of solemn rest, and you shall afflict your souls; on the ninth day of the month at evening, from evening to evening, you shall celebrate your sabbath...

Also

Their is only one other concept of eating that needs to be observed.

Regarding jesus and Matthew 5:17..

The Bible commands eating only unleavened bread for seven days during the Feast of Unleavened Bread.

This is primarily stated in Exodus 12:15 and Exodus 13:6-7, and is also repeated in Leviticus 23:6, Numbers 28:17, and Deuteronomy 16:3.

Specific Dates & Actionable Details
When it starts: The command specifies eating unleavened bread starting from the evening of the 14th day of the month through the evening of the 21st day.
The festival days:

The seven days officially span from the 15th of Nisan to the 21st. The 15th (the first day) and the 21st (the seventh day) are observed as sacred times of rest and assembly.

In the Jewish calendar, Nisan is the first month of the ecclesiastical (religious) year,

which usually falls during March and April on the standard (Gregorian) calendar.

Because the Jewish calendar is a lunar-solar calendar, the exact dates shift slightly each year. For context,

the month on the Jewish calendar that overlaps most closely with January is Shevat (or Sh'vat), and sometimes part of Tevet.

Those two dates of the year ?
They appear to be the only two fasting rituals regarding christs mosaic rules.

In connection to Matthew 5:17-20.

So?
On that note?
